What Happens Once You’ve Ordered Your Tiles
After you have placed your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery period that is suitable for you and confirm that all the details are correct, including the delivery address and your order.
Your order will be dispatched once ready directly from the production plant to your door.
We can hold your tiles in our warehouse at no extra charge until you are ready for them to be delivered.
Then our capable and experienced team will arrange the rest.
What Happens On the Day of Delivery
On the day of delivery, our driver will deliver your tiles to the specified delivery address via a mechanical tail lift on a pallet.
The tiles will be unloaded to the nearest safe and convenient place to your home or workplace.
This location will be agreed by yourselves and the driver on the day of delivery.
If you are not at home the driver will not leave the goods unless specific arrangements are agreed with us.
